The craziest $1-$3 poker hand ever

Here's a hand from a $1-3 session I had recently. Under the Gun (UTG) raises to $15, the Hijack (HJ) calls, and I'm on the Button with pocket fives (55) so I call. Both the small blind (SB) and big blind (BB) also call. The flop comes QQQ. No one bets, so it checks around. The turn brings an Ace (A). Again, no one bets, so it checks around once more. The river is another Queen (Q), making the final board QQQQA. It's checked to me, and I decide to go all-in for around $400. All four players fold.

We all played the board, and they folded the split pot. I was pretty stunned :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Crazy story! The wildest thing I've witnessed was in a 1/2 game where the board had two pairs (let's say 77223). One player bets on the river, and a really loose player confidently calls, claiming he has "three pairs." He proudly reveals his hand with a 3Q, while the other player just folds.

I saw a player make a mistake by thinking they had a straight when they actually didn't, and they ended up losing to someone who was bluffing with a weak hand.
