FortuneJack review? KYC and withdrawals question.

I'm curious about Fortune Jack. This is my first win, and all I can find are angry reviews. Positive reviews seem rare.

What's the deal with KYC and Fortune Jack? I did the KYC process, and now they're doing a security check. I asked support about the KYC requirements, and they said they would send them if needed. I would have done the KYC before playing if I had known.

I know Fortune Jack has been around for a long time, but I've played on other crypto sites and had positive experiences with helpful support.

Have I been scammed?

Relax mate, FortuneJack ain't no scam. They've been around for ages. KYC's just standard procedure these days. Give 'em some time to process it. How much did ya win, if ya don't mind me askin'?

@slotbison I won about 600 bucks. Not a fortune, but enough to make me nervous about this whole process.
@Miguel25 ugh, 3 weeks? That's ridiculous. I hope mine doesn't take that long.
@hel@95 yeah, I did use a VPN. Didn't think it'd be an issue. Should I tell them about it?
VPN usage is a red flag for most casinos, bro. It can look like you're trying to access from a restricted country. Be upfront with support about it, might speed things up.

I used to work in iGaming, so I can shed some light on why these processes take time. Casinos have to balance user experience with regulatory compliance and fraud prevention. It's not always smooth, but it's necessary.
@witenoise79 , hang in there. If FortuneJack is doing additional security checks, it might actually be a good sign – shows they're being thorough.

@MercerJag wow, okay. I get why you might think that, but I promise I'm just a regular guy who got lucky and is now dealing with more than he bargained for. I've been a lurker for a while and only posted because I'm genuinely concerned.
@BenG thanks for the insider perspective. I guess I underestimated how complex these systems can be.
@Rand.M you're right, I should have been more prepared. Lesson learned for sure.

Alright, let's take a deep breath everyone. @witenoise79 , here's what you need to know about FortuneJack:
  1. They're legit, been around since 2014
  2. Their KYC can be slow, but it's thorough
  3. VPN usage can complicate things
  4. $600 is unlikely to cause major issues
My advice? Follow up with support every 48 hours, be polite but persistent. If no resolution in 2 weeks, consider reaching out to their management via LinkedIn or Twitter.
