What's the deal with KYC and Fortune Jack? I did the KYC process, and now they're doing a security check. I asked support about the KYC requirements, and they said they would send them if needed. I would have done the KYC before playing if I had known.

@slotbison while I agree FJ isn't an outright scam, their KYC process is notorious for being slow and frustrating. @witenoise79 , prepare yourself for a potentially long wait. I had to wait nearly 3 weeks for my withdrawal to clear last year.

VPN usage is a red flag for most casinos, bro. It can look like you're trying to access from a restricted country. Be upfront with support about it, might speed things up.
