Most online bonuses are fake, meant to make sure you lose your deposit

a lot of posts on diff forums from newcomers who are shocked by how bad their situation becomes once they claim a bonus. The playthrough requirements, which used to be normal but are now almost always around 15 times, almost ensure that you'll have no money left when you meet the requirement. And usually, you can't withdraw any of your money until you meet that playthrough.

It's much better to just deposit what you want without taking a bonus and enjoy the freedom to withdraw whenever you want.

I haven't taken a bonus in a long time, and my results are much better. I can finish a session as a winner.

Bonuses can sometimes be tricky because they come with rules like:

  • Not being able to bet more than $10 when you have a bonus
  • Only allowed to play specific games
  • Some games count less towards meeting the bonus requirements than others, like video poker or live dealer games compared to slots.
I do believe that bonuses can be unfair to new players, but it's also important to learn about them before using them.
